Authors are requested to submit the followings to (icccp_submit@tjer.net),           

1. A title page which includes name, address, affiliations, telephone (fax) numbers, email of the author to whom all correspondence will be sent.
2. A second page with title, author's affiliations, four keywords to indicate the area of the paper, and a 100-word abstract.
3. Full paper that should be limited to six-page length, including illustrations, and camera ready on A4 white paper, two-column format, 10 points font, in Times Roman or similar font style, single spaced with 0.75 inch (1.9 cm) margins on all four sides. Download the manuscript  formatting instructions in PDF format.

All above items shall be sent in electronic form (MSWord, Postscript or PDF) before the closing date of  20 November  2004.

 The maximum number of pages, the font style and the margins shall be strictly respected. 

Submitted papers should not have been previously published, nor should they be presently under review for a journal or a conference.   To ensure a high-quality conference, all papers will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. An accepted paper must be presented by at least one of the authors and will be included in the conference proceedings.
