The following social events will take place during the conference:

  1. Refreshments and Coffee Breaks

  2. Three Lunches (14-16) February 2005 at SQU

  3. First-Day Dinner 14 February 2005 at SQU

  4. Banquet Dinner 15 February 2005

  5. Old City Muscat Tour (After the Final Session, 16 February 2005)

Complete Day Tour (Rustaq, Nakhel, ending with lunch at Sawadi Beach Resort) on 17 February 2005.

In addition to the above listed events, the Local Arrangement Committee of ICCCP'05 will help participants in obtaining Entry Visa and Hotel Bookings.

Note: Transportation from Hotels to Conference Venue (SQU) and vice versa will be provided during the conference. However, transportation between the Airport and the Hotels should be arranged by the participants. Some Hotels provide such a service for free.
