Fill out the Visa Application Forms when you register and send us copies of relevant pages of your passport by email to icccp_registration@tjer.net

1. Fill the VISA application form attentively. Even for those who have sent their details (name, passport, etc..), please fill this form again.

2. Email altogether the (VISA form + clear passport pages) as attachment to icccp_registration@tjer.net. PLS. DON'T FAX.
