Registration to the conference will start on December 18, 2008.
Conference Registration Fees:
Conference registration includes entry visa application (for those coming from outside Oman), access to 4 days Conference and Tutorial sessions, 1 bag with an electronic copy of conference proceedings, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches, banquet dinner, transportation from/to some hotels and social events.

Registration Methods:
All registrations can be done online (through a secure server) or fax. We accept payment by bank draft or wire transfer. Cheques and money orders must be in US dollars or Omani Riyals and made payable to Sultan Qaboos University, ICCCP'09 Conference.
Terms & Conditions:
- For their papers to be included in the conference proceedings, authors of papers must register by January 10, 2009.
- In the case of Papers with Multiple Authors, each author must register separately and pay the applicable registration fees, if he or she plans to attend the conference.
- Those registering after January 10, 2009 must add the Late Fee to the registration fee.
- The Deadline for Online Registration is January 30, 2009.
- Those registering during the conference must pay cash (credit cards will not be accepted).
- Authors with more than one paper will register only for one paper.
- Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. A copy of this letter is required to pick up the conference registration materials on site.
- Registration Fee will include the followings:
The conference proceedings CD; Conference Program Booklet ; one formal Conference Dinner; refreshment breaks throughout the days of the conferences; access to all planned sessions; miscellaneous conference material; social events… - Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, are entitled to a refund of US$200.00 if a request is received in writing on or before February 4, 2009. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of paper.
